Well actually in some contries there are traffic limitations, but they are very reasonable.. For example per megabyte tariffication: 1 MB = 1 cent for upload and 2 cents for download with a speed of 2 Mb/s... And they sell different packets like 1 Gb 2 Gb 3 Gb.. 10 Gb etc.... People am surprised! Did you really believe that in such a countre like LEBANON will ever be something called NORMAL DSL????????? Huh...
